General terms of warranty

  1. The warranty begins from the date of the purchase invoice recorded on the original purchase invoice or warranty card.
  2. The warranty period for the product, according to its type, is specified on the website and is up to a maximum of two years.
  3. Service centers require the warranty to be fulfilled by providing the warranty card and invoice, showing the serial number and stamped by the seller.
  4. The warranty does not cover transportation costs from the customer's location to the service center, nor does it cover dismantling and installation costs if the installation is outside of Roadmaster centers.
  5. The warranty covers all technical defects from the factory, and the warranty does not cover the following cases:
    • Checking or adjusting the device, replacing consumable parts due to normal use or software and applications, and updating them.
    • Damage to the device due to traffic accidents, negligence, modifications, use of spare parts not from the supplier, misuse, error in the method of installation or modification of the device's wires or connection to other incompatible devices.
    • Damage caused by lightning, water, fire, by others, electrical fault, poor ventilation, or failure to follow the instructions in the operating or maintenance manual outside of authorized centers.
    • Removing, tampering with, or tearing up the serial number.
    • In the event of a special settlement agreement relating to indirect damage to the device, Roadmaster will not exceed the actual price paid for the device.
  6. The repair period is 14 working days from the date of the repair order unless there are parts that need to be manufactured or imported, provided that the customer is informed of the expected period, and the customer has the right to request an additional period of time for the warranty equivalent to the days of delay.
  7. The product may be stored for 30 days after repair; storage fees may apply, and the center is not responsible for the product.
  8. The delivery process, in cases where the product is shipped from the customer to the service centers, takes 3-5 business days.
  9. If the maintenance work fails for any reason or the problem recurs more than twice, the customer covered by the warranty is entitled to receive a replacement product with similar specifications or a refund of the device's value after deducting fair usage (40%-80% of the device's value) according to the service center's assessment of the device's condition.
